  1. jvpoore

Eyes closed, face completely relaxed, with long, drawn-out exhalations; she gently ran her fingers over the small cedar box as if memorizing its every corner, before lifting it first to her nose and inhaling deeply, then touching the tiny rectangle with the tip of her cotton-candy pink tongue.

Moving ever so slowly, head down, eyes searching; she stopped often to reach down and gingerly ruffle the long grasses with the tips of her fingertips until, finally, she fell to her knees and began digging frantically with her bare hands. #DWC6
